Dippach, Summer 2025
Between July and August, Alain took on a special commission in Dippach, Luxembourg. On behalf of Ponts et Chaussées, he transformed a 150-meter stretch of raw concrete along the new bypass into a vibrant mural celebrating the theme of mobility.
Alain brought the concept to life through a series of his well-known animal characters, each one shown in a different form of transportation or movement. The mural unfolds as a continuous narrative, guiding viewers along the entire length of the bypass.
A project of this size begins with a solid foundation, and Alain extends a big thank-you to the five assistants who helped prepare and paint the main base layers of the mural. All detailing, character work, and final touches were completed by Alain himself - ensuring the artwork carries his unmistakable visual identity from start to finish.
The official inauguration of the mural took place in December 2025.
